The practice can affect every single aspect in your life. It doesn't matter if you like crystals and essential oils...If you light sage and incense, or if you are doing meditation. It doesn’t matter if you have never done this before or if you are not flexible. It doesn’t matter if you are vegetarian, if you are a businessman or a school teacher...
Practice, and all is coming.
There is a real meaning behind it.
Everybody is different. Some will be super flexible but they will need to work on their strength. Some will not be flexible and they will find it more challenging, but the progress is so fast, as you breathe in and out and focus on parts in your body things start to loosen up.
This ancient practice is also very much a part of our modern world. Medical research has been discovering anew the secrets of Yoga that have stood the test of time. It is the subject of current scientific research on health, longevity, and increased mental proficiency. Yoga exercise and techniques are the basis for many physical therapy and stress reduction programs.
In order to enjoy all of these benefits you have to show up for the practice.
You need to be willing enough to pause.
Because when we pause an opportunity to observe is rising.
The opportunity to be a little bit more present
A little better
A little more comfortable.
This is how we quiet the mind, even if for just a few moments.
Now, in our modern life, everything seems to be happening here and now, as fast as you can. Hard to keep up isn’t it?
Help yourself to help yourself.
But to do that, you have to show up. Nothing will happen and nothing will change if you don’t show up.
Difficult? Maybe, yes.
Have no time? Our Time is our responsibility.
“Time is a created thing. to say ‘I don’t have time’ it’s like to say I don’t want to.”
~Lao tzu
Stop making excuses for yourself.
Just
Show
Up
And all is coming.
It’s with you
And with me too
I will be on the mat and I can’t wait for you to join me.
Expecting you with all my love,
Or.
